When you board your dog at The Wag Shack, its’s not just boarding, it’s a genuine sleepover where your pup is our VIP! We want to offer an experience that is intimate and familiar while lavishing your pet with royal treatment. Our unique, custom-built suites allow boarders to see out yet not see each other, easing frustration and nervousness for our more anxious and excitable friends. Every suite is connected to central heat and air conditioning, lit with soft LED lights overhead, and furnished with a veterinary-recommended Kuranda bed for optimal snoozing conditions. Every boarding reservation includes full-day playcare free of charge! And if you’d like to make your pup’s stay even more luxurious, we offer special add-ons for room-service, go-home baths, daily pampering sessions, and more!
The Wag Shack is open 7 days a week from 7am-7pm. When setting a boarding reservation, please select the most accurate time for pick-up and drop-off so we can have your pup or their suite prepared. Don't see a time available? Give us a call and we will be happy to set your reservation!
Valid proof of vaccination must be provided and a playcheck must be completed before requesting any subsequent playcare or boarding services.
Playcheck
All pups coming to The Wag Shack MUST complete a playcheck. During the playcheck we will do a quick basic health and social assessment followed by a slow and monitored introduction to other dogs in our pack. Our Pack Leader will gauge your dog’s body language before and during introductions to ensure everyone's safety and make sure your pup feels comfortable and confident with the pack. Once your pup is acclimated, we ask that you leave them with us to play for a few hours so we can observe further. Playchecks can be up to 4 hours in duration, free of charge. If your dog is having a blast, they are welcome to stay longer at a half-day charge!
To sign up for a Playcheck, create an account and choose Request a Service. This will take you to the next page where you can select Playcheck as the type of service and set your ideal playcheck time. Playchecks are limited so reservations are required.

Sleepover Suites
Cozy Suite
$60 per night
The Cozy Suite is best for small to medium dogs less than 50 pounds. Got multiple dogs in the family? Two to three small dogs would also be comfortable together. Your pups experience is our number one priority. Being away from family is never easy. We make sure that your pup is engaged and comfortable. Each Cozy suite is ventilated and lit for your pups comfort and security. Does your pup have special bedtime routines or treats? Please let us know how we can best pamper your pet.
Please note there is an additional charge of $25 per dog after the first for the Cozy Suite. There is a 75lbs combined limit on cozy suites
Big Kahuna
$85 per night
The Big Kahuna is best large dogs, gentle giants or larger families. Perfect for medium to large dogs, and several dogs can stay together. This is our biggest suite and is built for comfort. Your pups experience is our number one priority. Being away from family is never easy. We make sure that your pup is engaged and comfortable. Does your pup have special bedtime routines or treats? Please let us know how we can best pamper your pet.
Please note there is an additional charge of $25 for the first sibling and $20 for every additional sibling.

Sleepover Reservation Policy
Deposits may be required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
5 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
Cancellations within the 5 day period prior to reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 25% deposit.
Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
